Broc Richardson is a corporate finance professional with more than 20 years of experience building and leading finance functions for growing companies.
Before joining BoxHouse, Broc served as CFO for Zion Mountain Ranch, and spent four years as CFO for Blake Miller Companies, where he led all capital raising and financing efforts for the company's real estate development projects as part of a three-person executive team.
Earlier in his career, Broc was CFO and shareholder at Apex Energy, and spent seven years as VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Delta Petroleum, where he directed major capital markets transactions, including a $684 million equity sale and a $259 million equity offering.
Across every role, Broc's focus has been building the financial foundation that lets a growing company scale with confidence. He now brings that same discipline to BoxHouse.
Broc has seven children with his wife and lives in Hurricane, Utah. He enjoys studying history, hunting, and fishing.
