Tim Perry

Chief Executive Officer & Board Member

Tim Perry is the Chief Executive Officer of BoxHouse. With over two decades of experience in finance, construction, and real estate development, Tim brings a unique blend of strategic, financial, and operational leadership to the company’s mission of redefining affordable housing in America.

Before joining BoxHouse, Tim was a principal and CFO of Martin Lake Energy Services, where he helped lead the company through a successful acquisition after years of growth serving major oil and gas clients across East Texas. Tim has worked as a private real estate developer and builder, managing large-scale residential and subdivision projects in partnership with private equity investors.

Tim also served as a full-time adjunct professor at Boise State University’s College of Business, where he taught courses, served on committees, and mentored the next generation of business leaders.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Louisiana State University in Shreveport (LSUS) and an MBA from Boise State University.

Outside of his professional work, Tim is devoted to his wife, Sarah, and their twelve children. Together, they enjoy Idaho’s great outdoors, especially boating. He is deeply committed to his faith, family, and community service.
